Delete your Zaya account

This page explains how to delete your account and data in Zaya: Astrology That Knows You, published on Google Play by Catherine JP and on the App Store, and provided by Arc Labs AS (org. no. 937 980 884), Oslo, Norway. You can delete your account at any time, for free, in the app or by email.

Open Zaya, tap your avatar on Today to open your profile, then go to Settings > Delete Account and confirm. This permanently erases your profile, birth chart, readings, reports, saved memory, journey progress and the account itself from our backend, and clears everything stored on your phone. If you signed in with Apple or Google, the link to that sign-in is removed as well. It cannot be undone.

No longer have the app? Email catherine@arclabs.no from the address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my Zaya account". If you never signed in, include your first name, date of birth and the city you entered so we can find your profile. We confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Everything linked to your account is deleted: your name, email, birth date, time and place, chart, readings, chat memory, people you added and progress. Your chat history and photos you shared for "Read my situation" are not kept on our servers in the first place. We do not keep a copy after deletion.
