Terms of Service

By downloading or using Zaya ("the App") you agree to these Terms, which are an agreement between you and Arc Labs AS (org. no. 937 980 884), Oslo, Norway. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Zaya calculates your natal chart and the current planetary transits to it, and offers daily, weekly and longer range readings, an AI astrologer chat, compatibility readings and numerology. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

Astrology and numerology content is for entertainment and self reflection only. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and readings are not guaranteed to be accurate. Do not make important decisions based solely on the App. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.

Many readings and all chat replies are generated by an AI model (Claude, by Anthropic) and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected. You can report any response by pressing and holding it. AI features are used only with your permission, which you can change in Settings > AI Readings.

The App creates an anonymous account for you automatically; no email or password is needed. You can choose to save it with Sign in with Apple or Google. You can delete it and its data at any time in Settings > Delete Account. Please provide accurate birth details, since your readings depend on them.

Zaya is free to download and use, with daily limits on some features. Zaya Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) that removes those limits. The price is shown in the App before you buy. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial; if you do not cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, the subscription starts and is charged. Payment is taken by the App Store or Google Play, and the subscription renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings; deleting the App does not cancel it. Refunds are handled by the store under its policies.

Do not use the App unlawfully, try to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the App, use automated means to access it, or use it to generate content intended to harass or harm anyone.

What you enter in the App (birth details, messages, photos) remains yours. You give us permission to process it only to provide the App, as described in the Privacy Policy.

The App, its design, text and software belong to Zaya or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zaya and its founders are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

We may update these Terms and will post changes in the App with a new date. We may suspend access for misuse. You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
